Our Principles.
Creating additional housing and expanding renewable energy are two of ALP.X Group’s core theses. We develop, deliver and manage innovative housing concepts as well as wind, solar and energy-storage projects. As a developer, investor or service provider, we work with municipalities, public authorities, institutional investors, family offices and other partners across the entire value chain.
