Hands-on advisory & services across assets, transactions and boards
Why ALP.X
advises.
We advise because we know many of our clients’ challenges from our own projects. With more than 280,000 m² currently in planning and development, we work every day on topics ranging from acquisition and financing to development, operations and disposal. We draw on this experience to support our clients with their projects.
Our team is not divided into separate specialist departments. Everyone works across our verticals and is involved in a wide range of topics. This allows us to support partners throughout the entire project cycle, including implementation.
For us, advisory work is also a way to build long-term partnerships. A successful mandate creates trust and forms the basis for potential further collaboration. Advisory engagements can therefore lead to future projects or joint ventures.
Four
engagement areas.
Portfolio Review
A clear, reliable baseline on an asset, portfolio or corporate holding including financial modelling, reporting and the steering and governance frameworks to keep it running.
Transaction Support
Transactions executed end to end. Sales, leases, refinancings and acquisitions with tax, legal, brokerage and local advisors coordinated across jurisdictions.
Strategic Advisory
Strategy developed and pressure-tested across the full set of options. Hold, develop, restructure or divest with hands-on execution support where a mandate calls for it.
Supervisory Boards
Interim supervisory board and signatory roles taken on behalf of clients and partners. ALP.X brings the governance discipline it applies to its own holdings to the boards and decisions of others.
