Mr Lüdke is CEO and Founder of ALP.X Group. He has more than 13 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, investment banking and private equity. Before founding ALP.X, he worked as an investment professional at Partners Group, a private markets investment manager based in Switzerland. Before that he was a Consultant with the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Task Force at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Munich and prior to that an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at UBS Investment Bank in London. Mr Lüdke holds an MPA from Columbia University in the City of New York and the London School of Economics and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Studies from Cass Business School in London, and. He is an Alumnus of the "Begabtenförderung" of the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation.

Ms Büschl is CFO / COO of ALP.X Group and is responsible for the firm's Corporate Growth portfolio. She has more than nine years of experience in venture capital and consulting. Prior to joining ALP.X, she gained experience in investment banking and consulting in London, New York and Hong Kong. Ms Büschl holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich and a Masters in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr Stransky-Greifensfels is a Partner of ALP.X Group in Munich, Berlin. He has more than 11 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure development, asset management and consulting, actively managing residential, commercial and infrastructural projects. Besides his role as Partner of ALP.X he is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of OMUNITI, a Germany-based real estate and infrastructure project developer. Before that he was Managing Director of Othoz Capital and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Mr Stransky-Greifensfels holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Mr Closset is a Partner of ALP.X Group in Berlin. He has more than 12 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure development and consulting, actively managing commercial, residential and infrastructural projects. Besides his role as Partner of ALP.X he is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of OMUNITI, a Germany-based real estate and infrastructure project developer. Before that he was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Mr Closset holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a B.Sc. in Business Administration and a PhD in Finance from the Technical University of Munich.

Ms Schenato has more than seven years of experience in real estate and investment banking across Europe. Prior to joining ALP.X, she was an Associate at Blackstone in London, where she was involved in underwriting and structuring real estate debt investments across Europe. Prior to Blackstone, Alice worked in Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Ms Schenato holds a B.Sc. in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University and an M.Sc. in Financial Analysis from London Business School.

Mrs Adler has more than seven years of experience in the field of real estate private equity Investments in Asia-Pacific and project management. Prior to joining ALP.X, she undertook several development projects in Australia and Japan and worked as a Property Manager in Sydney. She holds a B.Sc. in Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.

Ms Nutting has more than seven years of experience in private equity and asset management across the Americas. Prior to joining ALP.X, Courtney was an Associate at EQT Group in New York City, where she was focused on core infrastructure investments across North America. Prior to EQT Group, Courtney worked in infrastructure private equity at Partners Group in New York City and Denver. She holds a Master of Financial Management and a BBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.

Mr Fuchs has more than three years of experience in real estate, investment banking and investment management. Prior to joining ALP.X, he founded a bootstrapped online plattform. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business and an M.Sc. in Financial Analysis from London Business School.

Ms Töpfer has more than five years of experience in real estate investment and capital markets. She has been involved in office and residential transactions and carrying out investment analysis and transaction processes. She holds a double degree M.Sc. in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School in London and in Real Estate from IREBS, University of Regensburg.

Mr Kötting brings an interdisciplinary background across finance, technology, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on quantitative analysis, financial modelling, and machine learning. Prior to joining ALP.X, he gained experience in brokerage and wealth-management operations at Scalable Capital. He previously also founded and ran a Munich-based digital studio working with SME clients. Mr Kötting holds a B.Sc. in Business Analytics from Maastricht University and completed a semester abroad at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr Maurer has more than three years of experience in capital markets, artificial intelligence and energy. Most recently he was with the Boston Consulting Group – Platinion, where he worked at the intersection of energy trading and data engineering, building AI-driven tools and platforms across the power, oil and gas value chain. Before that he gained experience in Capital Markets Risk Management at MEAG and completed internships in strategy and market intelligence, economic research and capital markets research. Mr Maurer holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Sciences from the Technical University of Munich, where he specialised in artificial intelligence, energy and electrical engineering, and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich, where he graduated among the top three students of his cohort and is an alumnus of the Honors Program of the LMU Department of Economics. In addition, he is a certified Solar Technician (IHK München und Oberbayern), accredited to install, monitor and repair photovoltaic and solar thermal systems as well as heat pumps in Germany.

Mrs Kalter is responsible for ALP.X Group's accounting and supports as executive assistant. She has more than twenty years of experience in accounting, HR, event management and office management. Before joining ALP.X, Petra worked as accounting manager and personal assistant for a number of clients and firms, including Quantum Capital Partners.

Mrs Rohde supports ALP.X Group's Munich office as Office Manager and Executive Assistant. With her dedicated efforts, she ensures the office is a place where everyone feels supported and valued, streamlining operations to facilitate ease and efficiency for all team members. Before joining ALP.X, Mrs Rohde worked as reception coordinator and office administrator for a number of firms, including BCG Platinion.

Mr Lüdke is an Authorized Officer and Controller at ALP.X Group and its subsidiaries. He has more than 35 years of experience in real estate and investment banking. Before his role at ALP.X he was a senior investment banker with Reuschel Bank, Merck Finck Bank and Silvia Quandt Bank. Peter holds a degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.

Mr Büschl has more than 35 years of experience as investor and real estate developer. He previously served as CEO of the Büschl Unternehmensgruppe. The Büschl Unternehmensgruppe focuses on building law and project development and is one of the leading project developers in Germany, especially in the Munich metropolitan region, with 1.2 million m² of total development area managed.

Mr Pfahler has more than 9 years of experience in investment banking and direct investing across equity and credit. Besides his role as Expert & Development Counsel at ALP.X, he is a Vice President within the Global Investment Banking group at Rockefeller Capital Management, a U.S.-based multi-family office. Before that he was a Senior Associate at Industrial Development Funding, a Perella Weinberg spin-off and U.S.-based private credit fund with a focus on real assets, and prior to that a Senior Analyst at Fredericks Michael & Co., a U.S.-based investment bank with a focus on cross-border M&A. He holds a Master of Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in International Economics, Management, and Finance from Bocconi University.

Flavia Faraone has more than 8 years of experience across hospitality, events, entertainment, sales, and strategic partnerships in the U.S. and Europe. She is the Founder of MIEVA Hospitality, a Miami-based hospitality and events consultancy specializing in strategic partnerships, concept creation, venue sourcing, and business growth. Prior to founding MIEVA Hospitality, Flavia held management and event leadership roles within Miami’s hospitality industry including Marriott and Mandarin Oriental Group, building expertise across operations, event sales, production, and creative direction. Earlier in her career, she worked on international entertainment and large-scale events in Italy, overseeing operations, vendor coordination, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. Based in Miami, Flavia works with hospitality operators, brands, and industry partners to shape concepts, create strategic opportunities, and strengthen market positioning. She holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, a Master’s degree in Tourism Systems & Hospitality Management, and a B.A. in Economics & Finance from the University of Palermo. She is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.

Mr Caretti is an industry advisor of ALP.X Group based in New York and Miami. He has more than 12 years of experience in corporate and investment banking across the U.S. and Australia, covering Corporates, REITs, Project Finance, and Financial Institutions. Besides his role as Partner at ALP.X he is a Director at Commonwealth Bank. Most recently he was a Director at Benteler Trading International, a Swiss-based trading and logistics firm, and prior to that a Director at BNP Paribas in New York. Mr Caretti holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) from the University of Adelaide and Università Bocconi.

Mr. Peschke has been active in the venture capital ecosystem for over a decade. He founded his first company while studying Physics at LMU Munich — a Hamburg-based fashion venture that marked the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. Following this, he joined the investment arm of ProSiebenSat.1, where he focused on late stage growth investments within the German market. For the past six years, Mikko has been dedicated to executive search within the venture capital and private equity sectors. He has developed a deep passion for partnering with growth- and transformation-driven organizations, specializing in leadership roles across Finance, Go-to-Market, and Operations. He holds an M.Sc. of Science in Physics from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich.

Mr Post is an expert in AI strategy, founder of the AI Strategy Institute, and lecturer for the application of AI at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and the Munich Business School (MBS). He has extensive experience in the field of AI strategy and innovation, having established one of Europe's largest AI-focused startup incubators. Tristan also worked as a Senior AI Strategist and is Faculty Member at the Boston Consulting Group for AI/Gen AI. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Economics and Management (cum laude) from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.

Mr Caloretti has more than 15 years of experience in luxury residential real estate and new-development sales across South Florida. His career includes senior sales roles at Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate, Compass and Douglas Elliman, having begun at Cervera Real Estate. His project experience includes Biscayne Beach, Park Grove and One River Point. Born in Chicago and raised in Miami, Mr Caloretti brings deep knowledge of the local market, experience serving international buyers, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Mr Wands has more than a decade of real estate experience across the New York and Miami markets. He began his career in Manhattan on the Holly Parker and Josh Rubin teams, and relocated to Miami in 2020 where he covers Midtown, Edgewater, Wynwood, Downtown and the Miami Beach corridor. Licensed in both New York and Florida, he is a fourth-generation real estate professional and works on the Wands team at Douglas Elliman alongside his brother Christopher. He holds a B.A. in History and International Relations from Hobart College.

Mr Anthoni brings more than 20 years of marketing, branding and public relations experience to his real estate practice, specialising in new-development sales and marketing in South Florida. His prior career spanned the fashion, entertainment, hospitality and wellness sectors. A native of the Bahamas, he holds an MBA and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Ms Marquez is a first-generation graduate of Florida International University and a second-generation licensed real estate agent. A Miami native, she has worked across rentals and new development, and supports the team on sales operations and contract administration.
