What we look for.
- Passion for real estate, infrastructure and private equity / growth equity / venture capital
- Top-of-class academic record from a leading university
- Strong financial modelling, analytical rigour and structured thinking
- Entrepreneurial mindset: team-oriented, communicative and self-directed
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
