The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood

A ground-up mixed-use development at 2215 NW 1st Place in the Wynwood Arts District. The eight-storey scheme combines a 214-room Cloud One Hotel with 85 loft-style condominiums, including 15 double-height penthouses, on a roughly 38,000 sqf plot. The project also delivers approximately 11,000 sqf of retail and dining space and a rooftop with pool and food and beverage offering.
