Wohnquartier am Hollandweg

A holistic neighbourhood development on a development land plot of more than 18,000 sqm in a well-connected suburban location south of Berlin. Working closely with the municipality, the project is being structured through a new development plan and an urban development contract, with the goal of creating regionally affordable residential space alongside complementary uses. The plot benefits from S-Bahn and highway connectivity and from active dialogue with local authorities. Further details will be released as the planning phase progresses.
