Wohnquartier am Hollandweg

A new residential neighbourhood on approximately 1.8 hectares directly south of Teltow's old town, comprising 22,750 sqm of residential gross floor area and around 190 apartments for single-person households, families and older residents. At least 30 per cent of the residential floor area is subject to rent and occupancy controls.

In July 2026 the Teltow town council adopted development plan No. 77 "Wohnquartier am Hollandweg" together with the 23rd amendment to the land-use plan, putting the planning framework in place. The scheme combines new housing with extensive roof and façade greening, public pedestrian and cycle routes, green space and a shared playground, with a central neighbourhood garage consolidating parking. The site lies around 500 metres from the Berlin city boundary and is well served by public transport and local amenities.
