Heritage Apartment Refurbishment

A residential apartment building in Munich's Glockenbachviertel, an established central city quarter known for its historic building stock. The strategy combines refurbishment of the monument-protected substance with condominiumisation (WEG-Teilung) to enable indiviuals and familes to own their own apartment. ALP.X manages the asset through the refurbishment and repositioning phases, coordinating works with monument-protection and municipal authorities and overseeing leasing and disposal in line with the building's listed status.
