A development on a roughly 12,000 sqm brownfield plot at Gutleutstrasse 330 to 332, two kilometres from Frankfurt's central station. The project is being planned in a cooperative dialogue procedure with the City of Frankfurt and forms part of the Gutleut-West Productive Quarter within the Frankfurt 2030+ strategy. The scheme is structured around a new development plan combining commercial and residential uses, with cultural and supply functions and an extension of the tram line along Gutleutstrasse.
