Ecoworks

Ecoworks is a Berlin-based climate-tech company that industrialises and digitises the energy refurbishment of multifamily residential buildings. Using AI-supported digital planning, prefabricated facade and roof modules and modular building services, the company retrofits apartment blocks of up to four storeys to a net-zero energy standard within a few weeks. The model targets housing associations and large residential portfolios facing tightening energy-efficiency regulation. ALP.X is one of the institutional investors backing the company's continued scaling across the European serial-renovation market.
