Heritage Apartment Portfolio

A portfolio of 1,048 residential and commercial units across 75 historic and neoclassical buildings in established Berlin neighbourhoods, totalling roughly 76,700 sqm of lettable area. The strategy combines refurbishment, selective repositioning and unit-by-unit sales of well-preserved building stock with long-lasting substance and value-add potential through targeted modernisation. ALP.X co-leads asset management and investment oversight on behalf of the joint venture, working alongside the operating partners on capex planning, leasing and disposal strategy.
