Aprao

Aprao is a cloud-based platform for running real estate development appraisals and feasibility studies. The product replaces spreadsheet-based workflows with a structured framework for residual land valuation, cashflow forecasting, finance modelling and standardised reporting, allowing developers, lenders and consultants to assess viability faster and with fewer modelling errors. The platform reports approximately 400 users across 12 countries and over 30,000 deals processed. ALP.X led the company's seed round and continues to back its expansion.
