Real Estate
We shape urban and rural neighbourhoods with our focus on residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects. We develop and build apartments, houses, student accomodation and hotels mainly in Germany and the United States.Within the Real Estate vertical, ALP.X provides services (i) as a developer, asset manager, investment manager, consultant, due diligence provider, underwriting provider, etc., and (ii) aims to build up, independent long term holdings under the group structure.
Infrastructure
We shape energy production and battery storage with our focus on renewable energy. We develop and build solar and wind farms mainly in Bavaria and the rest of Germany. Within the Infrastructure vertical, ALP.X provides services (i) a developer, asset manager, investment manager, consultant, due diligence provider, underwriting provider, etc., and (ii) aims to build up, independent long term holdings under the group structure.
Corporate Growth
We invest in and manage companies with relevance for Urban Development and Energy Production. We are active in e.g. parking management, modular construction, AI-based data management, hospitality concepts and more.
Within the Corporate Growth vertical, ALP.X provides services (i) as board representation, management of Corporate Venture Capital (“CVC”) portfolios, due diligence provider, underwriting provider, etc., and (ii) aims to build up, independent long term holdings under the group structure.
